Bookings and capacity
Every booking is checked against how many dogs you can take, so you never find out you are overbooked at 7am.

- Book the same days every week. Skip a single visit, change the days or stop the series without starting over.
- Waitlist
- When a day is full, families can join the waitlist instead of being turned away.

- Require a trial day before a new dog can book regular visits.
- Calendar links
- Private iCal feeds per household and per daycare, plus one-tap Add to Apple, Google or Outlook Calendar.
Credits, the tab and billing
Barkyard only bills visits that happened, never bills twice, and leaves nothing for you to reconcile by hand.
- Credit packs
- Sell packs of days. Each visit draws one down, and families always see their balance.
- A running tab
- Anything not covered by credits goes on the family’s tab, and the tab settles on their billing cycle.
- Monthly, weekly or per visit
- Pick the billing cycle family by family.
- Add-ons
- Baths, extra walks and the like, priced once per booking or per day or night. Add-ons are always paid, never taken from credits.
- Boarding deposits
- Set the deposit, and how many days before drop-off it stops being refundable.
- Pays in person
- Families who pay cash or by cheque can book without a card on file. Record the payment and the tab clears.
